Participants will be asked to submit data as of March 1, 2024
If you do not receive the survey materials, please email us at [email protected] to make sure you are on our participation distribution list – you may also want to check your spam and trash folders to see if the materials went to one of those folders
The deadline to submit data is April 16, 2024 (with possible extensions)
Data results will be published and distributed the middle of July 2024

Subscriptions to receive data results include two issues and depend on participation and format – please contact us for confirmation of your participation and subscription status and/or for information on becoming a participant and/or subscriber at [email protected]
Any PDF or Excel Spreadsheet/PDF results will be emailed to the current subscribers (we no longer offer CDs); books will be mailed via USPS after publication; however, we highly recommend you upgrade your subscription to an electronic format
We offer electronic subscriptions to all participants and special electronic subscriptions to non-participants–contact us for pricing!

Current electronic subscribers received their results via email on December 29, 2023.
For those subscribers who receive a hard copy book of the data results, you should receive your book in mid- to late-January. If you are a participating subscriber, you may wish to switch your subscription to an electronic version for quicker (and less expensive) delivery.
